We are a full service fly fishing shop that was established in 1985, and we value our customers! We know what it takes to keep our customers happy. Our customer service goes beyond a timely process of your orders. We are here to help you learn more about fly fishing, catch more fish and have more fun doing it. Here are just a few of the services we provide to you at no cost!

We provide all fly line rigging; that means professional loops, knots, and marking for all you fly lines.
When the time comes for that big trip, we will provide fly line and reel maintenance so everything is in tip top shape.
We will help you consolidate, organize, and label your fly boxes.
When you are ready to try some new equipment we have an outstanding “Trade In – Trade Up” Program - we do the work you get the store credit.
If the unmentionable accident happens, we will be here to assist in getting your rod or reel repaired, and we’ll send them back for you!
We will take the time to teach, demonstrate and assist you so when you are on the stream, river, lake, flats or ocean you can do on your own.

You don’t have to live in San Francisco to enjoy this customer service, we are just a mouse click, phone call, or email away. If you want help with fly boxes, rods, reels or lines, just box them up, give us your return info and send them to us, we’ll do the rest – it makes no difference if you purchased from us or not, we are here to help!

WARRANTY INFORMATION

You should feel happy and confident with every purchase you make at Leland Fly Fishing Outfitters. We make sure that all of our manufacturers warranties are strong and meet or exceed industry standards. If you have any question on what the warranty covers on your new equipment please email or call us at 866-672-1959. Our experienced staff will be happy to get the answer for you. Beyond this we personally stand behind everything we sell. So, if you have a problem with any item you purchased from us please let us know. We will do everything in our power to correct it for you.

HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with any item, return it to us in new and unused condition within 365 days (that's right 1 year) for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Unfortunately, freight is non-refundable.

Please follow these easy steps:

1. Include receipt or invoice. This will help us process your shipment more quickly.

2. Write us a letter that includes the following information

a. Name, address, phone number, and email address
b. Order Number
c. Whether it's a return or an exchange.
d. Why you would like to return the item.
e. If exchanging, what is the new item.
